Snyder Diamond should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The customer service is horrific and the sales agents are great at taking your money and disappearing. Our sales agent, Mars Ileto, is not only extremely rude and disrespectful, he does not communicate information about time lines , charges to my card, and material details about the items we are ordering- dimensions etc . We literally had to hound him to respond . Stay away from Snyder Diamond - read the Yelp Reviews as well. I’m one of many unhappy customers.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered four bathroom pieces for a renovation and specifically worked with Robert Johnson to select items that were in stock, as I had a strict timeline. It is now almost a month later and I haven't received any of the items. After leaving several messages, I received a call back telling me that one item was delayed and would ship three months from now (I found it online and it shipped in 3 days). One by one, I had to cancel all items and order them online from other, more reliable vendors. This has held back the renovation and caused a lot of inconvenience. In spite of them confirming on the phone that items were cancelled from the order, I still haven't received a refund even for the first item cancelled more than two weeks ago. As much as I wanted to support local business, I regret trusting this store and strongly recommend ordering from more trustworthy vendors.

You would need to call and talk to the parts department. Try Franklin. Tools are in the parts dept. If they don't carry, they can probably point you to where to get one
