During the free swim it is so much fun there are a few laughs open for people who are seriously swimming but most of the pool is available just to swim in highly recommend i!

This is such an amazing facility. I'd almost move to Santa Monica just to be able to swim here. I was in Santa Monica for 3 nights and my schedule enabled me to swim here 2 of the mornings. Perfect water temperature, facilities very clean & well kept. As a non-resident I showed up for the 8am swim both days and had no problem getting a place.

Great staff. Great facilities. One hour sessions, but that gives ample opportunity for many people. I've also brought my kids here and they love it. Looking into the swim organizations that have permits to teach here

My kid has swim classes here. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the progress my son is making as a swimmer. He enjoys being in the water, being motivated and challenging himself to improve each time. The Staff here are amazing, very sociable, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the swim program here.

The Swim Center closed on December 18th, 2017 to complete needed maintenance and repairs. The opening date was scheduled for Saturday February 3rd, 2018. However, due to unforeseen and extensive plumbing issues, the opening date will be staggered to meet community needs while completing the necessary repairs. The Swim Center will have a ‘limited’ opening on Saturday February 3rd, 2018 that will allow only current permit groups and Santa Monica College classes and athletics only to utilize the facility. The permanent locker/restroom/shower areas will remain closed to all patrons until all work is complete. Temporary changing areas on the Sun Deck along with portable bathroom trailers and outdoor showers will be available for the limited opening groups. To help accommodate our resident swimmers not participating with a permit group, we have expanded lap swim hours at Lincoln Middle School pool. The Swim Center will be back to full operations and programs will resume on 02/28/18.
