Once I see someone service usually good. However, when my tire went flat I called to see if still covered and each I called I got transferred around, left many many voice mail messages, never received a call back. Ended up just getting home plugged at tire store near me

Well the guy was nice. At least he was respectful but he lied about getting us a certain dollar amount just to get us in the door. Then he ran both my girlfriends credit and mine , to tell us we are just 27 dollars over what we wanted. Thank you for letting me know the math. Thank you for overcharging on a cars msrp by 20 grand. I appreciate you dumbing it down for me.

Similar to an earlier post… the dealership advertised a price but did not honor it. I used their online site to start to buy the car and get the process of buying easier. Sadly, the manager stated he could not find what I set up on the computer and stated that I must of used some other website or perhaps I was in the wrong dealership. Bottom line, do not use their online site and if you can chose another dealership.

I have a family member that came to this dealership to purchase her dream vehicle in February of 2021. She paid cash upfront. I do not want to put any associate on blast, but her transaction was handled poorly. The associate, whom I hope is no longer there, did not properly handle the paperwork for registration and her title. When she came to the dealership SEVERAL TIMES, she was reassured not to worry. It took the dealership SIX MONTHS (6 months) before she got her registration. STILL NO PINK SLIP. FAST FORWARD to February 27, 2022, she was in an accident. I am very happy that she is alive, but in order for the insurance to pay her out she needed the pink slip. The dealership NEVER sent it. She had to go to the DMV while recovering from this accident only to find out that they BARELY released her title February 23, 2022 and supposedly mailed it to the corresponding address on file. So here we are as of this writing, she cannot get the compensation for her to get another vehicle because the dealership messed up royaly on her paperwork in the first place. This is cautionary fact to let you consumers be aware of a dealership not handling your paperwork in a timely fashion and the devastating consequences this could lead to. She has no vehicle due to the poor customer service she received.

Toyota Santa Monica is following the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health Order that states all employees and visitors must wear a face mask or protective face covering while on the premises. All employees and visitors must also maintain a six foot distance from others at all times. If a customer or employee is not feeling well they are asked to stay home or go home. Employees are reminded to wash hands frequently and to use sanitizer to prevent the spread of germs. Sanitizing stations are set up in our showroom and service drive. We also have a cleaning crew that cleans showroom and all public areas throughout the day and deep cleans after hours. Thank you for your question and we hope to serve you safely very soon!
