My bike broke down while I was out riding (it became completely unridable) in spring 2022. Lucky for me it happened near Bicycle Ambulance. Newton was wonderful to work with - kind and honest. He completely fixed the issue with my derailleur and tightened up some issues from a poor assembly job (that had been done elsewhere). He probably saved my bike from future damage by doing an all over inspection. I appreciate you, Newton! I'll be going out of my way to come to this bike shop for years to come.

These guys are great. I took my daughter’s small bike in to get the brakes adjusted. Newton took the extra time to set the brakes according to her hand size so she can ride comfortably. Very appreciative of their skill and help in getting everything done right.

Really great shop. I bought a second hand bike from here, and spent a long time in and out of the shop while I decided. The owner let me ride the bike a bunch and tuned it for me over several iterations, you can tell he cares about offering a good service. While I was there, many experienced cyclists came in, who all appeared to be mates with the owner. If all the local cyclists are coming to this shop to get their bike fixed, you probably should too.
