Is it better to go down to the office to talk to someone to fill out your application for section 8 or just do it online? I am 57, disabled, and homeless and on SSI Disability. I wanted to explain myself to make sure that I filled it out correctly?

It's better and easier to complete the application online. You will have the opportunity to discuss your situation. Make sure you put on application homeless and disabled. Then call the HA, tell operator to connect you to Special Programs. Let them know you're homeless.
