You can try applying in Riverside, there’s these apartment called Victoria Hieghts and they go by income, people here pay rent like $55 and it can go higher all depends what you make and all Utilities are paid. Try them out they have apartments available and if you do decide to come and apply they will tell you that it takes 2 to 3 years for them to call you but don’t get Discourage They have to tell you that but it can last a couple a months.

You'll never get assistance because not enough affordable housing is being built, and even if you do get section 8 the voucher payment standards are so low that you'll never find a place to live , chino chills is also located in another county , you would have to apply there not Riverside county
