I purchased the Alpine Halo iLXF509 form Pacific Stereo via Amazon. The unit arrived but their was a power/installation issue. I was able to call Pacific Stereo regarding the issue who called the Alpine rep. It was a small installation error. Works perfectly! Exceptional customer service!!
