They will fight for you, and do their best to make sure you dont get declined. But, in the event, they fight for you and you do get declined, they still fought for you. And that is why you won't be entitled to a refund. Regardless of the outcome, the bottom line is they did perform the service you were promised. And it's worth paying them, to not have to deal with the IRS yourself. Imagine putting all those hours into a case, dotting all the i's, and crossing all the t's, only to be declined by the all powerful IRS. They are worth every penny they ask for.
They'll make sure you don't get declined they will get you a settlement but if they don't they will not give your money back at all but have confidence in them they're excellent
