I made an appointment to tour this facility this morning. I arrived at the agreed upon time after having received multiple email reminders and confirming my appointment via text message. Once I arrived, the door was locked which is understandable for security reasons. The sign said to call the phone number if touring the gym. I called 4 times and nobody answered and nobody let me in for the 15 minutes I was there waiting past my appointment time. Essentially I just went to this gym to waste my time. It’s really disheartening to see how this gym treats potential new members. Definitely turned me off.

My first visit to this location. I’m new to Glendale. The gym is nice not crowded but overall dirty. The treadmills were dusty and dust and hair. The dumbbell rack was the same. Bathrooms were clean though which made me happy. The gym just needs an overall cleaning ASAP!!!!

I was about to sign up for their gym but once I got in they told me they couldn't do the sign-ups for clients because they have things to do, and they close early even though theres 3 staff members are in the office giggling and laughing. Now that's one good impression to reject potential clients.

Pros: safe, clean, good staff support, decent space to machine ratio Cons: on the smaller side, somewhat limited machines. I have 3 - 5 Anytime Fitnesses that I go to on a somewhat regular basis, but this is my home gym. It's not the biggest, but also not the smallest. They have a decent selection of machines for the size of their gym. There are other gyms that cram a bunch of machines into every nook and cranny, but there's a tradeoff on space. For me, this gym has just the right amount of space to machine ratio. What this place does exceptionally well in my opinion is engagement with members. During the pandemic, they observed safety protocols and strictly enforce masks, which is a relief and peace of mind for me. In other gyms, it's so nasty when I'm doing floor work and unmasked bros are heaving and grunting right next to me and above me. You won't have to worry about that here. People are generally respectful of your space even when it's crowded. The staff creates the culture of respect.
