How do I request a different attorney from your company? Mine let my case sit for 4 months and now the IRS is taking my wages. Oh, he offered to do the paperwork paid for in September 2018...in January 2019.

Barbara, I have asked the attorney to put a stop to it but he sent me a sarcastic message and today the IRS continues to take the money. My attorney is with National Tax Experts and I don't understand why he hasn't stopped the garnishment. If he won't, who do I contact? Mr. Lundy or Mr. Stewart? He dropped the ball, not me.

If you talk to any attorney they should be able to take the garnishment off because they're working on your taxes and it does take some x 12 months to 16 months for them to get anything accomplished it's a long process also as soon as they took your case and you paid them the IRS cannot garnish your wages so apparently something hasn't been done on their end you need to bring that up to him that's the first thing they're supposed to is the stop all procedures
