I'm having trouble trying to register online it's saying the I do doesn't match. I'm trying to reknew my lost ID not a diver lice since sense I can't register can I be able to call and have them mail me out one or do I have to go in?

As long as you don't have to get your car smoged you should be able to pay over the phone. They have a toll free number and you can get it online The number that is.
