As a beginner motorcycle rider, Cycle Gear was the right place to buy my gear and accessories. Prices are not cheap, compared to what you can find online, but the necessary guidance is precious! So, I went to Cycle Gear in Fullerton and was lucky enough to be assisted by Raquel. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the store but also as a real life rider. This was so valuable for me! She kindly addressed all my questions, provided details on the items and showed me her great inner patience :). It took awhile for a sales person to help me but I think because they were understaffed at the time.when they were able to help me they were very professional and knowledgeable of the product I was looking for. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the helmet in my size. They gave me some other options I could try . They went through the inventory and found one in my size on a display dummy and I bought it with gloves. It was a good experience and the prices were good.

Cycle gear Fullerton is Lucky to have Alex working there that guy is amazing. I’ve never had better customer service in my entire life. We’re driving from far away to come to the actual location just because Alex’s customer service is so amazing. He is going to work incredibly hard to get you into the right gear. Whatever they’re paying him they should double it.

Good place to come 'n get those essentials like oil, tires, batteries, brake pads, spark plugs, sprockets & drive chains. Additionally, they have a wide assortment of helmets, boots, road bike leathers, off-road protective gear and accessories. Also, they have various tools for those who keep up maintenance on their own dirt bikes, dual sports, ATVs, Groms, street bikes & road cruisers. They also change tires & tubes too (rims / wheels off-the-bike).

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
