I bought some simple visor screws for my HJC helmet. I am always careful to specifically match the model and part number for what I am ordering. The picture matched what I needed exactly, however what they sent is not even close. I understand that things can happen sometimes, so I emailed in order to return my order and got absolutely no response. I can't believe that they are willing to sacrifice their reputation for such a small dollar item. Spend money here at your own risk.
