I agree with the person above a police report would help tremendously and you can also call if you know where you were born at the hospital that you were born in you can also call the vital records and usually cost like $21 of dollar to be sent to you and to get a copy of your birth certificate also the Social Security can help you too you should always make copies of everything and keep them on your person that's what I do I keep them in a safe place where I will only know that they're there
Do you have a police report? If not, obtain one. It will help tremendously. Contact Social Security Administration to obtain a new card. You need your birth certificate, was that also stolen? Passport?
