I believe the Fullerton DMV is doing Appointments or, Online Service's. I would go to their website and check it out. My license just expired and, my tags are do so, I went online see if I could make an appointment but, I didn't have too Thank God, I was able to Renew Tags and, my License online (I'm not doing the Real ID) just a regular license. If I were doing the Real ID I would of had to made an appt.
They were last week when I was there on the 26th. Have to wear a mask.
