Can I get a new driver’s license in your office, my current one is out of state and was expired on 6/20

Fullerton's DMV opens at 8 am. I did not set an appointment but was there at 5:30 am (with aprox 30 people in front of me) with a cup of coffee and reading material. I got my license and tags and was finished by 9:15 am.

I would suggest that you go on line and fill out all the paperwork and load all the documents the DMV requires. And take them with you. Get there early before they open. Because if you take your paperwork with you. The DMV personal will move you to another line and that line is way faster!
