I won't think so. Go online and make an appointment to see i would apply for the new real id. I got mine with in a week.
No.. you will have to go to the DMV
I don't know I would email DMV ask them about that issue. I personally don't think they would. I do believe you would have to visit a DMV site. Fullerton DMV was really good friendly, organized, and efficient in all matters.
