Hare to just me on this but trifexis (sp?) is the stuff. The other flea meds like Advantage(sp?) seems to have become ineffective the last couple of years.

I've used trifexis for the last ten years on my dogs. Never had a problem with both my English mastiff and my boxer.

Trifexis was a life saver for our furry friends.

Some areas in washougal have fungus that makes them smell like Fritos and fleas carry it. The docs have shampoo that fixes it. Mine has a bald spot from licking and scratching till it was weeping. My suggestion make appt asap.

You may also want to look into comboguard. I've got my two dogs on it and it covers a few things, so don't need multiple things to keep them safe.

We use Seresto flea collars. They last our dogs about a year. No poisons integested or absorbed into their skin.

Works for heart worms too

We use Trifexis. This place will help guide you to a solution. Just pay attention to the weight of your pet VS the tablet weight range. We use the tablets where our dogs weight is at the high end, not the low end of the tablet weight range. We do them every three months. Not once a month. Works great. Indoor dogs; zero flees. Make sure you have a health check FIRST!!!
