So happy I switched to this vet. I am amazed at how friendly, patient and helpful the Front Desk is! From the minute I called to a minute I walked out with my cat after the operation, the entire team was very professional, on point and felt like a family at the same time. Thank you all so much, and I will recommend this place to all my friends with pets!

Dr. Bruce Bogoslavsky is a highly experienced, excellent Veterinarian. He owns and operates this practice. His staff are just the best and are very focused on their clients and their pets. That being said, "Dr. B" (as many of us call him) is NOT a sugar sweet Veterinarian who is going to chit chat and make nice conversation with you. He is however very direct, refreshingly honest to the core and super smart. He can zoom in immediately on the issue with your pet and fix it. If you are looking for a hand holding Vet who will tell you what you want to hear, go elsewhere. Dr. B will save your pet in a crisis and also treat your pet with expertise in normal circumstances. Experience and expertise are plentiful in this practice but not fluff. You decide. I wouldn't go anywhere else and it takes me an hour to drive there and an hour home. So worth the crazy I 4 stress.

Called last week to make an appointment to have my cat seen. I asked about the cost of services and decided to make an appointment. The person who I spoke with on the phone, took down my information and my cats for the appointment. Day of appointment I show up 10 minutes before the scheduled time to make sure I had time to fill out any paperwork. Then I was told I had no appointment and then the receptionist doubted that I was at the right clinic. I double checked my past phone calls and I repeated the phone number. They told me the number was right and asked me to sit down so they can figure out why I wasn't written down. Then they proceed to call the vet clinic that I told them I didn't call to confirm what I had already told them. I did not make an appointment with them. The receptionist then kept saying they might have told me told go somewhere else. I kept telling them that no one did. So I went over the whole conversation I had with the person on the phone and they told me that the pricing wasn't right either. Also they were not accepting new patients that were sick. My cat is not sick, I just wanted his lungs checked for asthma. Very unprofessional and not a great way to treat a new patients. I walked out without my cat being seen. When someone tells you that they are sure that they made an appointment with you, a little trust would have been nice. Then a solution to the problem would have been great too. First and last time I will go. *A reply to owners reply* AGAIN your receptionist CALLED the vet 3 minutes down the road while I was there to ask if I had an appointment with them or if I was in their system. They said no. Your number is THE ONLY number I had in my phone records. I keep DETAILED notes on any of my appointments so I do not miss them. AGAIN, a little professionalism goes a long way. Especially when you try to claim that someone is not right. I have records and receipts to back up my review. Otherwise, I would not waste my time. Have a great day.

Diagnosed my cat on the first visit and have been very helpful with her treatment. This hospital is definitely one of the fastest and most cost friendly places I've been to. I've barely had to wait for my animal to be seen every time I go there. God bless Dr. Bruce and his staff.
