Not much to do in that case. No money for exam. Feral cat so no idea if you can medicate. Clearly is injured and may have a foreign body inside the mouth. Needs some form of veterinary attention and care. Can try a GoFundMe campaign, or apply for Care Credit. Possibly the Pet Alliance can do something or let you bill.
