I made an appointment for 3:45 and for one reason it was 2:45, anyway wheen I got there at 3:45 the lady at the front desk said you are 1 hour late, I said I thought it was 3:45, nobody called me to let me know at 2:45, I would have been there in a flash since I live 2 minutes away. I asked her since the doctor still there if she could give her a shut for her allergy so she went to ask the lady doctor and she said no, it was Friday and she wanted to go home. The lady at the desk was very rude as always. I end up going to the emergency clinic because my dog allergies were so bad. Cost me $465.00 instead of 150.00. I wish Dr. Rodriguez would have been there he would have seen my dog. I hope the doctor would know about the attitude the lady at the desk has with the clients.

Excellent service. True care from doctors and assistance. Our son couldn't take huskies to VET. Grandparents decided to step in to help. This facility was so kind and our Grand doggies experienced excellent care. I was extremely impressed how nice every one was. Highly recommend this location.
