I have seen both doctors at this office and have been happy overall with both. Dr. Esch did my bloodhounds eye entropion surgery and spay, and called me himself after the surgery to update me. The office called the next day as well. The lady doc, Dr Jones was very kind, patient, and thorough. I have called a few times and they have always addressed my concerns, called me back, and squeezed me in to be seen. My hound is a big chicken and they were loving and kind to her.

I called an emailed in being a first time Dogg lover after 35 years of keeping minimum distance and avoidance due to not a fan of Dogg hair however after finding a Dogg to rescue and take him in learning and asking questions to Tina the female that works at lakeridge made me even more happier. Very polite , energetic and can feel the energy that she loves her job and wants to help others as she did for me teaching me where to go and how to start the steps of taking care of my new Dogg Rex even though her outfit wasn’t able to see me due to the high frequency of customers pushed out for almost the next two months she helped me in every way . Thank you Lakeridge Animal Hospital 😇

We have used this office for our fur kids for a couple of years now. We had to put down our almost 15 year old kitty Martin. It is never an easy process, and they made it easy. All the paperwork was done ahead of time. They sedated Martin and then helped him over the rainbow bridge. It was the actions of Dr. Esch as he spoke to Martin during the transition and afterwards that was so touching. He continued to rub Martin who truly was skin and bones due to his disease. He told him he was a good boy. What truly made me write this review as much as that touched me was the sympathy card that we received in the mail hand written and signed. Too often I think we forget that not everyone considers them pets but children. Martin and his sister Molly were my first born and they were “twins”. Molly departed first and now it was time to say goodbye to Martin. The kindness Dr. Esch has shown our family is absolutely amazing. When your in need call them!

We love Dr. Esch and the entire staff! This is the 3rd office we tried in Clermont. We have been going to Dr. Esch for about 2 years now and I will never take my babies elsewhere. Everyone is always so caring, welcoming & knowledgeable. The doctor always takes his time and never pushes unnecessary tests or treatments. He’s actually saved us money numerous times by recommmding comparable products that are just as effective for treatment for our bully’s allergies. Anytime I’ve ever called with a question or concern, it has always been immediately addressed and the staff always follows up. It’s never a hassle getting an appointment or prescriptions. I just can’t say enough nice things. It’s very obvious that this entire office is truly compassionate about what they do!
