It was our first vet experience ever and everyone was extremely nice. We felt very welcomed. The place was clean, the staff took their time to find out about our puppy, they explained everything in detail and answered all questions we had. We never felt rushed. Great place you guys have there.

Updated review. This is a wonderful clinic. They have improve the communications issues and now they make sure that they double check everything. Thank you for improving. I love the vet and the communication from the vet. The negative part is that the front desk has messed up two times with my dog's prescription. The second part that you make an appointment at a certain time and they make you wait 40 minutes in your car to pick up the dog. You cant go in and wait due to covid which is understandable. But people work, and they are taking time off from work to bring the dog here. If I make an appointment at 1 my dog should be taken care for at 1 or close to it, not 40 minutes or almost an hour. Last time I had to wait an hour. This affects my work.

Staff is always very courteous and respectful. It is obvious they all love and care about pets. Appointments are on time unless there are emergencies. They check with each animal while waiting and notify anyone waiting of any emergencies and offer other appointments.

Took my Maltese there for the first time. I am so pleased to see a Pet Clinic that is so clean and desirable to visit. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The technician was very attentive to my concerns and informed me of the treatment plan and if I agreed with it before moving forward. Dr. Acevedo is very friendly, proficient, and kind with my Mia. Best of all people in the clinic are bilingual; they speak English and Spanish. I'm so glad to have found this pet clinic.
