My company is new to this location and the entrance is very welcoming and nicely designed, with a waterfall. There is a deli located inside the building, which is perfect for breakfast or lunch without having to leave the premises, even though McDonald's a other delis are across the street. Also, there is a gym in the basement for employees of the building (bonus point!). The MAJOR negative is the parking situation. The lit for employee parking is horrible. The spaces are not lined and even if they were, people park crooked in order to protect their cars and take two parking spots. It is ridiculous. Also, the handicap parking spaces have vehicles in it everyday that have NO handicap plaques. Those spots should be monitored and no one should be allowed to park there unless they have handicap plaques. If the parking situation was corrected, this would be a great location.
