There is no cost to park it is a dirt parking lot but you can park along the street on Cornish or Sunset Cliffs or Hill Street and just walk down there it's beautiful enough to take a nice walk you'll enjoy it. I go there every week I hike the cliffs and the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous as well

It's free, as is the surrounding street parking. But it's a popular park, so best to go early to find parking near a trailhead.
