Hi there's a dog Husky/ German Sheppard in the park I live next to Delmann Heights Park. What do I do. He has only a leash collar with no info. What do I do?

You can take him to a vet and have him scanned for poss microchipped and post on fb and Nextdoor like Sally said

you can take the dog to the nearest dog shelter and see if they recognize the dog or ask them to check to see if the the dog has a chip and see if they can contact its owner
