Very poor work ethic for some of workers inside this store. The solo cashier at the time was helping a customer with a return, so that is understandable to be a little time consuming. There was a guy behind the counter then stepped out to walking around and socializing with a man. Then three more guys walked in to show Paul that he just got his license. I know because they were talking about it, giving each other days and high fives. By this time the line is grown to about 5 customers plus myself who I had a fussy toddler in line. The cashier at register 2 called for assistance since she was having trouble with the exchange, called for manager assistance. The manager on duty came up, helped her and walked right on away. He also didn't acknowledge the customers in line. Don't forget Paul the entire time is still socializing on the side with friends who weren't even shopping. By the time I reached the counter I asked the pleasant female cashier if Paul was a worker and she said he was security. Wow! Well while people were walking in and out I'm didn't hear him acknowledge anyone and pretty sure he couldn't catch anyone since he was focused on hanging out more than be attentive while at work. I've managed to write all this while standing in line and now checking out. I won't come here again since I go time and time again to WSS and never been so irritated with the lack of customer service at this location.

I went to this shoe store to buy a pair of shoes DECEMBER 22 I was gonna pay with my debit card the cashier said it was declined I tried again same thing then I used my credit card in my end it went through the cashier said it didn’t and that the register froze due to that I end up paying cash but before I checked my bank account and I had the charge pending I showed the cashier she said don’t worry it didn’t went through cause it didn’t print out the receipt I left the store a day later my credit card was changed so I paid twice I called the store and now I am waiting to get my money back just be careful when you use your cards in here

I'm not sure you may wanna give them call or check website. Cause they may be doing black Friday starting thanksgiving just like alot of other company's are .have happy and safe thanksgiving
