Great hiking trails throughout the forest. There is also a pond with a beach area you can swim at. I tried mountain biking through here but it was tough due to how rocky some of the trails were.

Great place to scape for the the stress of a work week. Close to every tow on Worcester county yet very hidden and refreshing

Alright little lake front area to go take a dip. The beach could use a good combing to make it a little easier on the feet but besides that it's a nice little hangout spot, lots of bbq area.

Dogs are allowed in the state forest. They must be on a leash no longer than 10 feet and under the control of the owner at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the public swim beach waters or the adjusent pond (that feeds the swim pond)
We've never seen any and we have been riding our bikes in Leominster State Forest for years.
