This place has gone down hill fast. They took out the yoga studio, when you step in to the so-called spa wellness center it feels like you've been sent back in time to a late 80s early 90's cheap spa studio.Some of the rooms feel like they've been decorated by grandma or pulled out of a funeral home.Everything from the carpets, to the sheets, and the equipment is so outdated. There is no piped in music they are literally still using an old CD player with repeated CDs. Some of the towel warmers are literally falling apart. The tables are old,Outdated,Uncomfortable,and from craigslist. The owner is too cheap to upgrade too nice new hydraulic ones. The bolsters are literally peeling fake leather.The sheets feel like they're about 20 years old and jersey material feels scratchy and is ripping . The so-called blankets are a piece of thin cloth material. The massage lotion leaves a disgusting film on your body. The strip waxing is from Sally's and it really HURTS so (girls do not get a bikini wax there). The worst part is that they have a MAJOR MICE PROBLEM. GROSS. Just run.There are much nicer, more sanitary & cleaner spas around the area for your money. However the aestheticians are amazing. They are sweet so no hate towards them I hope they find better places to work and make all the money they can . Even though the service providers are employees, the owner has them buy all their own equipment and products for massage!!CRAZY!. The owner ED has no idea how to run a spa he's pretty much a joke. You're welcome in advance.

Recently went for my 3rd Opus Plasma Treatment. The staff is wonderful at making me feel comfortable during this procedure. They Explain the treatment well and make sure its as pain free as they are able to make it. After 2 treatments my skin looks and feels better than when I was getting botox. I've been told I'm "glowing" wrinkles are smoother and my skin feels so much more healthy. It is not a cheap procedure, but you pay for what you get! In the end I will save money by not needing botox, and it has much longer lasting results. I would highly recommend the Opus Plasma treatment to anyone looking for low downtime wrinkle reduction or overall skin improvement!

Always a good experience here. Emma sees my son for teen facials and is amazing at making him comfortable (not an easy task) and helping his skin clear up (an even harder task). Knowledge , realistic about what he will do, kind and patient. Spa is clean, employees are happy to be here and always looking forward to helping their clients.
