The facility was super clean. The option of food was amazing. The nursing staff was wonderful. The CSS team Kevin, Linsey,Sean, Stacey,Meg,Jasmine, Ericka, I know I’m forgetting someone. The entire CSS staff deserves a metal. Their care was outstanding. I don’t know where they find the most caring, compassionate, kind, nurturing staff I ever met. Thank you Maddy, and Emily as well. Thanks for a second chance at life. I couldn’t have stayed if it was for all of you. You touched my heart in so many ways. From the bottom of my heart thank you. You will all be missed sorely missed! 😜Cynthia T.

I'd put 0 stars if I could. This is the worst program I've ever been to.

I went to RCA almost the day they publicly announced Covid. Everyone was in a panic and a lot of patients, staff members and Drs. just walked out. So if I were to be honest my experience was more like 3 stars but I can relate to the situation they were faced with there. It was very hard to get dosed and medications approved because the Drs. were so overwhelmed and there was basically nothing to do. However, the facility is great, most of the staff was great, taking into consideration they were under staffed completely at the time. The rooms are very private and comfortable... Believe me I've been to other places with 6 people in a room and common bathrooms with only 2 stalls and meals that remind me of highschool lunch. The private rooms at RCA were excellent and I can't speak highly enough about the food. Also the frequent cigarette breaks are a lifesaver when in recovery. I've also been to very expensive detox places in Miami and California so it's hard to give a 5 star rating. My only complaint would be when I decided I had detoxed and felt I was OK to leave it was like going in front of a parole board hearing to get my stuff and leave! I probably would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the fact Covid just hit and everyone was nervous about being in groups of people and they're families. I'd like to say I was clean and sober for almost 2 years after leaving there and unfortunately relapsed recently. I'm hoping they will take me back and I can have the same success as last time. So if the staff is reading this you will be hearing from me as soon as my Dr. appointments are taken care of. Thanks!
