I arrived at 4:30 and waited to order despite there were no others in the order area. There. were five individuals behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged I was waiting to order. Eight minutes later, one person asked if I had ordered and took the order for a cheeseburger and lobster roll. Forty five. minutes later, I checked on the order since many who arrived after had been served. On two occasions, I was informed it was being prepared and it would be out in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later, I checked again and was told it would be out in a few minutes. A gentleman who arrived and ordered twenty minutes before, received a cold lobster. Another gentleman who ordered two lobster rolls, before I ordered, was still waiting and stated, this has been his experience here on numerous occasions. Once the order was delivered, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the ridiculous amount of time it took for this order to be prepared, nor for serving a cold lobster to another customer or having a third wait an hour for 2 lobster rolls. The cheeseburger and lobster roll were delivered at 5:45. That’s more than an hour after placing the order. While the quality of the food was good, the service and lack of an apology is enough to prevent any future dealings with this place.

Worst service I’ve seen so far from this place, they’re customers service has gotten worst and worst as if the workers really don’t care and everything is a joke.

I went to Kay's for the fish and chips which usually melts in your mouth.. The fish was dry and overcooked the previous 2 visits. I had to saw into it with a plastic knife to cut it. I was disappointed.
