This is the worst location I’ve been to in the entire county of Ventura. The location I usually use is the one at 500 Paseo but they’ve decided to make that location open very rarely, which forced me to this one. I was hoping the last time I was here it was just a fluke that they were so backed up, waiting room packed, people trying to stay 6 feet apart and many outside. Sadly, here again now for my 10:30 appt and once again there are at least 5 people in the waiting room and some outside. On the tv, it shows people in the queue and there are about 10 people ALL with a 10:30 appt. It’s 10:41, and I don’t know how long I’ll have to be here. UNACCEPTABLE!

After years of receiving walk in service, I learned that an appointment is now necessary. My physician order a test. I was referred to a different time and date. Assuming I my be fasting the 230 pm would not be acceptable. I cannot go all day without eating. The phone number for the facility on the website is no longer in service.
