Just called for info on sick dog. Couldn't answer or provide opinion over the phone. No big deal except it could have been a significant wait if we took dog there. They would have triaged though. Still a good place to go for a animal checkup .

Thank you so much for the caring and kindness you showed to my daughter and her sweet Nala, it made a sad time for my daughter a little easier. Thank you 💞🐾

They denied my cat medical boarding. I contacted this place a month before the dates I requested and had my vet send over all the requested documents. They call me and said since my cat is newly diabetic that she needs to be in a 24/7 vet monitoring facility in Boston! Yes she is newly diabetic now but by the time we need her boarded she won't be newly diabetic. My cat has been on insulin for a week already and is responding very well to it. We have been working with our vet very closely. To deny her medical boarding and tell me she needs to be in a 24/7 facility without even knowing anything about my cat is hurtful and downright rude. I would LOVE to know what this place considers medical boarding. And for reference I did find a boarding place that is not 24/7 but has access to vets that will take her no question (however they can only keep her for 3/4 of the time so I need to find another solution for the remaining days) It is sad that this place wouldn't even consider helping my cat out with medical boarding. They made an assumption that she needs 24/7 monitoring without even getting any information from me so that I could explain how closely I am working with my vet and how my cat does not need a 24/7 facility. In fact my vet did not recommend medical boarding at all for my cat but I was being proactive just in case I needed it for her. Again...this is a medical boarding facility so I'd just love to hear what pets you would accept.

John, Thank you for your question. Our general practice veterinarians do treat routine ocular disorders and eyelid growths but we do not have an eye specialist on staff. Please call 978-874-4100 if you would like to schedule an appointment. Team WAHPR.
I'd definitely have the Vet's check it out. Cat could dehydrate
What is the reason for an ultrasound when you already know my dog has an enlarged prostate?
