Terrible service. I go in my first time and everything was going good. I check in and the lady behind the desk was rude and unhelpful. Im going to cancel my membership asap. And it had a weird smell .i would give them 0 stars if i could.

I recently made a review on how my experience was with one of your staff members, it this past Sunday. I did receive a reply but to my surprise the manager on site is the one who was very disrespectful (female) π. Is there anyone else I can talk to? I would like to bring it to your attention so that it may not happen to other gym members.
