Armada towing in San Bernardino are crooks , they contacted me via postal mail that they had towed a vehicle I had sold a year prior. They said vehicle was under my name and I had to pay for the service provided. I explained vehicle was no longer under my name since a year and provided proof. They agreed to drop the charges and go after current owner. Fast forward 2 years now I'm receiving emails from a law firm being sued for 2k plus for a service they had agreed I was not responsible for. Don't do business with Armada .

AAA uses them to come for roadside assistance. They contacted them to come out and jump our car, but instead they declined the call and didn’t notify them and so we had to sit for an hour before we even knew that anything was wrong. I am not impressed.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible! I called and asked them to help me with one of my Trucks. Long story short they wouldn't take payment over the phone. When I mentioned to the lady that my driver didn't have a credit card she said "well that's too bad, I can't help you" and literally hung up with out giving me other options. I could've met the driver and taken care of payment but that lady obviously doesn't care. She probably wanted to get back to her Netflix show or something! Feel free to call if you like horrible experiences.

My experience was very horrible. I'm a preschool teacher and mother of two elementary children. I let them know that the car was stolen from work and my situation. The main manager was so rude to me that the only cared about telling me the prices he had to collect from me. I had to miss work on our return back to school week to sign off my car to them. I even had to pay $330 dollars after signing my car to them. I am an educator who didnt have a steady income during the summer yet Armamda towing didnt care during these hard times.Times were all of us have to help each other and understand individual situations. Unfortunate that companies like this treat people like me in such a horrible way..
