As far as I know, all of these institutions spay and nuter cats, dogs and rabbits. I suggest that you either go to this facility and speak to one of the ladies in the main office, call them at the number they have here or check their website to see if you can get some more information about their low cost clinic. As a general rule, you would have to take a copy of the gas bill or a copy of the electric bill with you as well as your California ID or your driver's license so that you can request a voucher that would cover part or all of the cost of the surgery.
