If you take a copy of your bill from the department of water and power to the main office along with an identification such as your driver's license or your California ID you can ask them if you can get a voucher that covers the entire surgery which is about $125.00. Additionally, you have to pay around $20.00 for the Elizabethan collar, also known as the plastic cone or funnel to keep her from messing with the wound and infecting it and you might also have to pay and additional $20.00 for the antibiotics. If you take her to a regular veterinarian's office they might charge you approximately $300.00 for the entire procedure. Good luck!
Call them on Tuesday when they are open. Or a vet that is in your neighborhood or reccomended
