Visit the center during working hours and the staff will be able to give you all the information. Pug Nation has adoption events quite often.
You talk with an adoption counselor about the dog you are interested. You get to meet the dog, and if the adoption counselor thinks you would be a suitable owner, you get to adopt! Dogs are usually $125, but if they have their Blue Ribbon (know sit, stay, down) their fee is $100.
You might want to give them a call. I am sure they can help you very much. I rescued a cat onve and I dropped him off with them. They were very nice.
Go take a tour of the kennel area and when you find the dog you are interested in adopting write down his/her ID number, take a photo of him/her or a video if possible. Take this information to an animal care technician or to any emplyee at the main office. Fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is $140 for the general public and $120 for volunteers and when he/she is sterilized, microchipped, vaccinated and licensed they will let him/her go home with you. I sincerely hope that you can find the baby of your dreams very soon. Good luck to you.
