Can I take a kitten there who needs a home unfortunately I have 2 cats an 2 dogs who where rescued an got no room. I found him walking the path. He looks clean no fleas has flea collar. Please help

If he has a collar it is best to bring him here because that may be a sign that he belongs to someone and they might be looking for him.
