Our neighbors have 6 dogs and they cry all night.Our front yard smells like dog poo. The guy only walks his two best looking dogs. Can they come out and check on this? How many dogs are they allowed tohave?

As a general rule, any city shelter would only allow you to have three dogs because most people live in small apartments. But if you live in a ranch they will allow you to have as many as you like as long as you treat them kindly. Call them at the number they have here, go over there personally and write down whatever you see or hear going on where these poor dogs live. Or call the human services line at 211 because they might refer you to a shelter close to your area where you can report animal cruelty Pray to god for guidance and hope for the best.
