In the past i have been able to walk in to process an expedited passport, can we still do this?

Appointment needed 100%, no exceptions. The agents there provide excellent service but they need to increase the capacity ASAP!!

I can confirm that when I went on May 27th that an appointment was the only way to get inside. They won't allow entrance without an appt confirmation number. If you don't have an urgent emergency, I would say to not waste your time getting an appointment for anything other than an emergency for example my grandmother was terminally ill, I had to get a letter from her physician translated in English in order to get an appt.
