I am a frequent UPS visitor (as a frequent Amazon customer) and have a very low baseline for UPS stores after many experiences with slow ones. As I procrastinated on going because of this, I walked in to this store this time with an absurd amount of returns. As I saw the line, I braced myself for a long wait and to manage my own impatient frustrations. I was then amazed to see the associate (Sat at 12:15pm) multi-tasking - knocking out multiple customers faster than most places take a single customer. He didn’t flinch when I handed over something like ten boxes and gave clear instructions on what I needed to provide, in what order. In a flash, we were done and I was out of the store (and he made sure I didn’t forget the receipt!). Thank you for being so efficient! I was so impressed!

Dropped off a package on a busy day and they “lost it”. It’s typical of places like this to steal packages but I’d never had it happen here till recently. Disappointing.

$4.50 to print a single page. They force you to log onto a computer and pay for the time used + a credit card minimum. Definitely continuing to go to Fedex who has it together to print straight off the printer and charge 0.20 instead.

This store has amazing associates. On one of my trips there recently I left my USB drive in their PC. It had important data. I emailed them as I had left overseas by the time I realized my mistake, Janet there located it without any problem, they kept it safe till I was back in US, l shipped them a self addressed envelop and Ella shipped it back. No hassles. All of them are an amazing bunch of people. My visit there was also very smooth. I would recommend it to anyone in need of help.
