I attempted to file a Verified Accusation with the California Supreme Court, against multiple attorney's working in Contra Costa County, due to county corruption. Clerk of Court Simone Voltz called me at my home and stated that she had taken it upon herself to investigate matters of the Verified Accusation. Voltz came to the conclusion that I didn't have a right to file the Accusation and wanted to know why I thought I did. Because it is not a clerks job to act as a judge or an investigator, I instructed Voltz to file the document anyways. Voltz stated that she would. The Verified Accusation was never filed (despite numerous attempts). Multiple clerks of the California Supreme Court are involved in this matter. This is not an isolated incident. I have had this problem with other documents.

Officer Rosada at the front was extremely kind, cordial and professional. An exemplary officer in dealing with people. Above and beyond my expectations. The other officers working at the front were also personable, helpful and easy going. He went out of his way to help me locate my client I was delivering legal paperwork to by doing a little research on the case and walked me all the way to the room where she was located and entered the court to inform them I had arrived on my behalf. Thank you. Strikingly different from other courthouses such as Fremont etc Someone knows what they’re doing when assigning positions or hiring.

Went here to celebrate Justice Joyce Kennard's retirement. What a BEAUTIFUL building! It's just gorgeous both inside and outside. I didn't really know where to go, so I had to ask a few people for directions. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly, and my interactions with them were pleasant. The event itself went well. Can't wait to go back for other events!

Questions & Answers

Is there justice really......No. it's clear that judges such as Steven Bailey and Suzzanne Kingsbury will protect their corrupted judges while victims of the courts live with the pain. I am disgusted with the judical system.

Unfortunately, the California Supreme Court is corrupted, because it chooses to protect corrupt judges. I would know, I am a licensed attorney! According to California State Audit No. 2016-137, the California Supreme Court has allowed judicial misconduct to "persist." San Francisco is the "heart" of judicial corruption, because many of the judicial functions are headquartered there. Examples of corrupt judges in San Francisco include Judge Harold Kahn, Judge Ethan Schulman, and Judge J. Anthony Kline, because they take and hear cases involving their friends and political acquaintances, which is a violation of judicial ethics and their judicial oath. However, the California Supreme Court, which is headquartered in San Francisco, is corrupted and will do nothing to discipline these corrupt judges because they are FRIENDS with these same judges! Many people criticize courts, and judges as being corrupt, but remember, I am an actual attorney and know what I am talking about!

You don't owe anything in this state or country. Everything is leased to you. The home owner whose property is paid off and thinks he own the land, the very moment he stops paying taxes they can reposses that land , sell it ,auction it . If you look at your title it always list property owner as Tennant, husband wife as joint tenants, and there will be a place where you will find your county, city listed as beneficiary of the trust that has been created when that instrument was created. You will be never be mentioned as sole property owner. As you go deeper and start looking at things you will find you really don't own anything .

I am an attorney who knows county recorders are stealing land. I was violently attacked by Judge Tamietti as states in 3rd DC C086243. Bar attorney is lying for him saying appear and a fake warrant out, my life is in danger, how do I Appeal Bar?
