I have a necklace that was my grandmother’s. It has 24 rectangles (of what I don’t know) hanging in gradually long then gradually shorter order. Some of the rectangles have broken. Can they be fixed? I hoped I could send a pic, but I can’t.

We would love to take a look! Depending on the materials used, there are usually several options for repairing and restoring older pieces to their former glory! Please feel free to stop by anytime and let us see what we can do for you - no appointment needed!

I believe they can. You will want to take your necklace in and tell them and they will find someone there to talk with. I had some jewelry I wanted something different and they did a really good job. The lady showed me some different things, and after I chose what I wanted to do, she gave me a price to have it done.

Yes they can, unless the metals are hazardous. I brought in an old ring that had been soldered with lead. They could not fix or grind on it because of that. They were very nice and will look at it and give an estimate for free.

We have been happy with their jewelry repair. Honest appraisal and competent repair!

It would be advised to bring the item for the repair to be precise. They could best advise what need be done.
