Seeing help for my mother-in-law with dementia, after get husband passed away. Nothing but an endless run around to eventually be told there is no help available.

After some frustrating attempts to print a POA form from the web, I called NW Justice on advice from a local traveling notary. I had to leave a message, bit the lady who called back left me details that allowed me to complete my mission. Also included a # to call in the event, I might need legal advice.

Sometimes in life you just need someone who can come along side of you to do justice in a frequently unjust world. I felt immediate support without judgment. There is such a shortage of help. They deserve the support of our community and really need much more financial help so more people can be helped. Consider your ability to help.

The Northwest Justice Program is an amazing resource for people who are not able to stand up for themselves against slumlords who seek to take advantage of them. Attorney Trejo is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and intelligent man who is a powerful ally for the "little guy." I am very grateful for their help, and highly recommend them for people who are having issues with their landlord.

Service notice procedure varies from state to state but contacting the county court of the responded before serving via civil stand by or justice of the peace is strongly advised GL.
To Don and Mary Schneider: Why reply if you don't know? Seriously?
Call the northwest justice they are just awesome and are there to be sure that people get the help needed
I don't believe they handle bankruptcies of any kind.
How do I find info on renter's rights regarding rental agreements. specifically, when getting out of a lease early..Can the rental company add a early termination fee after the fact, when they re-rented the apt. the next month... after my daughter left. They originally told her they would let her out of the lease if they could rent it right away.. She lost her job to do a nervous breakdown and medical issues, so we helped her move out l in beginning of Sept. 2017. (which she is paying for, and it was re-rented in October to another tenant. They added a fee for breaking the lease after that. After losing her income,my daughter was told that she could make payments on Sept.'s rent, which she has been doing. Please advise me of where information on renter's rights might be found, or what she can do in this situation?? Don't know who to ask... I am her mother and have been helping her resolve this situation. ( we await your advise asap.) thank you... M. Shultz
