Hello! We do offer ring sizing starting at $39 and going up from there. Depending on the details of the item, pricing may vary to reflect that. Sizing includes stone check & tightening, deep cleaning and refinishing, and can be done in a matter of days! Yes, they size rings. Although the type of metal of the ring may apply for them to resize. I suggest to call or take it in to them, they do great repair and alterations to jewelry.

They buy the precious metal, but not the stones. I brought in some inherited jewelry, and they gave me back the diamond in one ring and store credit for the gold. The price fluctuates with the market. You get a better return on your jewelry if you take store credit, but they'll also write you a check.

They buy scrap gold, but rarely buy diamonds or other jewels. They will give you a general appraisal, so you can decide whether selling a piece as a whole somewhere else might be a better choice, but don't appraise things like the quality of the stones. You get paid on the gold weight. They remove a certain number of stones for free (6, if I remember correctly), then they charge you (I think it's $10/stone). The other reply is correct, you get a higher pay out of you take store credit.
