Franklin Park is a nice spot for relaxing, entertaining and playing. It's central location offers easy access to most. Plenty of shade trees, benches and gazebo. Don't forget about the splash pads and toys for the kids!

Great park for a birthday party! Splash pad is up and running. We brought our on chairs. We wish we brought horseshoes. They have many horseshoe sites!

Great park in the city. Lots of community activity
Enjoy Life
So many things to do at this park! It is huge!! There is two baseball fields, a huge soccer field, horseshoeing, basketball court, barbecue area, bathroom, splash pad, toys and lots of grassy area to let your furry friends run around and play. Definitely a place to make memories.

I'm not sure if it has to due with soccer, but they had bloomsday banners along the outsids of the ball field fence and flags stretched out for lanes. I will ask them tomorrow.
Yes, I believe it is that last day of school. For the past few years (updated 2014) they have been open from 9am until 8pm starting June 15th - September 16th! We are water freaks so.. haha! So much fun! We usually drive up to Medical though. Love it out their!
This is a city run public park. I don't think smoking weed is permitted but do not know for sure.
Yes, with City Parks Dept
If there is a tournament the lights for the baseball fields are on and gives a bit of light but otherwise, its not lit up at all.
It's first come first serve, unless they provide paperwork confirming the spot reserved
No but u can take your pet as long as he on the leash
Call the park Dept. They can answer your question. But I'm sure you could.
You have to go through the Spokane parks dept for reservations. It's baseball right now, so good luck!
All splash pads are scheduled to be open May 26th through September 7th for the 2018 season, with the exception of Grant Park and Nevada Park, which open on June 18. Splash pads are open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
