I 2nd that.
Go online sfsuperiorcourt.org and in search engine type research request. It will take you the records department procedures for out of state requirements for document requests. It will be all via mail.It doesn't matter how long ago it was but keep in mind the mail request take up to 10 weeks. So if you need it soon, if you know anyone in the area they can come in to get it for you. Or you can hire a service to do it for you.You can also call the records department directly if you have further questions. They are severely short staffed in that department so bare with them as the phone rings for a long period of time, but they do answer calls. Its usually 1 maybe 2 people answering the calls on top of their regular duties. They do stop answering calls at 2:00 PST.
Depending how long ago, Contact your state superior court, they may be able to pull it for you, or get it online through them
