I've been going here for almost one year. And to be direct here, what good does it make if someone else is going to decide for you and your family. I mean, you go in early, because you have your court at a certain time frame. Your not in no later than 30-45mins after your time, meanwhile, if you have a city and county lawyer. They must go in to talk to the other lawyers before starting. ( bit of advice here, for lawyers and judges to meet before hand is illegal) also you see who is passionate In the work they do and who is not. Reason I say this is because some do it to help society in a way and tries to be honest. (Although it is hard to really see that) meanwhile, others just do it for the money. (Like, Jackson, Hamilton, Lincoln, Washington, etc). Can we really depend on this system??!! I personally, I will use the 6 amendment here. Because whomever brings you to 400 McAllister, makes you feel that you don't know your rights. And that they are in control and have high authority. Instead of being the victim, it seems that your the enemy. My only advice is stay quiet, analyse and have as much documents as possible to back you up. Don't get mad about a decision they make for you. Remember you can only control your actions and decisions. And if you see something suspicious or something that doesn't make any sense, just go up the chain of command and make sure you always carry a pen and notebook. And just start writing, we all can get somewhere. Remember that! That's my advice to you.

Fortunately was not here getting sued or on trial (came through for a class assignment) but I did much enjoy the environment. Marble halls will always be beautiful, and I sat between lunches in the building waiting for 130pm trials to begin and it was exciting hearing the bustle grow and grow as people showed up. Had a pleasant experience here and the clerk running the room for the judge was helpful and friendly to me.

What a beautiful place. Had a very positive experience here with the judge, workers, and more. The cafe downstairs on the LL floor is a great value. The courtrooms are very clean. The judges and staff are extremely respectful. Would be happy to help service our civic duty again here.

Really beautiful architecture, but unfortunately there isn't much information about the building apparent inside. Also, the staff seemed fairly suspicious of me as I was exploring. I would love to see this place embrace its historicity and welcome the public. I will probably be back to check out courtrooms 1 and 8 which were recommended to me by the staff.

It is possible to talk with an employee for a crime against child protection in Lancaster, Los Angeles, because she caused a crime to me while I resided in Illinois because of a problem with my wife because she neglected my children in Lancaster and I was in Illinois and the protection of children prevented me from taking my children and got sick with my children because of the great stress To my children, before protecting the children, a psychological condition occurred with my daughter Katrina, and she was urinating on herself due to a lot of fear of protecting children and her age was 6 years in 2015 when the protection of children was investigated with her and my son Zaid is 42 months old. It happened with him. I said speaking and a nervous state. Because of the great fear and desire to protect children because of the many investigations with her, and the case is from 3/19/2015 until now 11/22/2018 and the law does not allow me to protect children to cause disease to my children and deprive me of my children because of my wife's problem and my wife's neglect of my children and the law Child Protection is not allowed to operate the case in California because when the problem started with my wife, Nisreen, she was 4 months less than 6 months. The general number is 415-551-4000 or the records department at 415-551-3802
Just for mutual respect as a way to keep the process civil. Also as a way to recruit your sympathy. There is no rule for what jurors should do in response. I suggest just a quick simple look for acknowledgement, then face the judge.
M-F from 830-1230pm only, room 103, the security guards can assist too. Not sure about translation, but I believe u may be able to bring ur translator with u to court. Ask the ppl in room 103 when u file ur case.
You have to go to the records department at 400 McAllister
Can I file for my divorce in court?
If you mean paying out Judgment awards, then answer is No. You will need to collect your own Judgment or find a Judgment enforcement agent to assist you in the collection of the Judgment. If you are willing to pay your judgment and concerned you dont want Judgment creditor/ plaintiff to see your banking information, then pay debt to creditor using a money order or bank cheque and make sure other party files a Satisfaction of Judgment (required by law) If your case was an unlawful detainer or dealt with property/housing matter. Then the court does take rent payments and later re-disburses it to the other party.
No, you can across the street at City Hall
Family law (room 402) is open from 830am-1230pm Monday-Friday

Define sabotage, can you please be more specific. What is your case about
Why are you asking a rhetorical question on a case, instead of making a statement. Nonetheless, why are you sharing this online, rather than going to court and tell them in their face. Only cowards whine online. Grow a pair and go file a complaint against them.
Yes. You will need to bring you Walker as 402 and 456 and on opposite sides of the 4th floor.
I 2nd that.
Go to Sfbar.org all registered layers are listed there and you can filter them to any specific type as needed. Or call them at 415-982-1600

Any record of an existing case can be obtained via the records department which is located inside room 103. There are open from 8am - 1pm. They have a strict schedule, even if you are only 1 minute late, they will not let you in.
The clerk's office to file/open a small claims case is on the first floor. There is a self help center on the fifth floor.
If it's filed with the court, you can check it out at the records room on the first floor. It's open until 1pm everyday.

Full name change, go to public viewing (open from 8:30am- 1pm) and get the paperwork (for a fee) or print it out from their website. Fill it out and take to New Filing in 103 from 8am-2pm to file. New case filing fees apply if you don't have a fee waiver. If you need any additional legal help go to room 509.
go to the California State BAR website to obtain contact info
With a petition to change your name, download one and fill it out. You must also post in a newspapers. If you would also like to change gender, the process was recently streamlined I believe. There was a rush after the 1st of the year when the law went into effect. Fill out the docs and file them. You want the new filing line.
You may need to file for Guardianship through Probate court

go to the Criminal Division (records department) of San Francisco Co. Superior Court located at 850 Bryant St. There is an index printout (blue book) on a shelf in that room that lists current/active Warrants and/or you can just ask the clerk to check computers too.
unified family court
You should probably contact a Probate attorney for answer to your question. Most likely there is no specific form that automatically transfers an inheritance from one party to another but you can look at the California Judical Council website under their forms section.
The record entry will remain there for life. What you can try to do is to file a motion to restrict access to the record from the general public. Any new potentential landlords doing background checks on you wont know any of the details or outcome of the eviction event and hopefully that wont prejudice you in future rentals.
Go to "Family Court" they offer great assistance and Justice.
If the will was deposited at the court house, you will need one of three requirements to view & make copies of the Will: 1. Original receipt when the will was deposited, 2. An original certified copy of death certificate, or 3. A signed court order.
When you open up case at courts, then you can get subpoena issued.
Go to the federal building.
When an attorney does this to you through the court . Find the negative in this attorneys answer to the court . And don't be nice in your verbal and written statement against this attorney . Dont swear . Ok . Show respect to the court . And smile as much as possible . Show that your better than that . If you had some college , Show it .
The court would hear your answer but you need to put it into writing in your own words . Just like you told me in your question to me . Its called a answer . The judge needs to see in words and why your saying what you are trying to say exactly. . Remember exactly , nothing more . Remember this is a court of law .the judge will entertain your written statement plus briefly your verbal statement to him .. Remember keep everything very brief . The judge doesn't want to date you or hes not your father or mother .
