I purchased mine through Fandango for Spiderman; No Way Home 🏡. There was a problem with the ticket 🎫, it was already credited to the theater 🎭, even though it was opening night 🌃 and I didn't arrive yet. The confirmation number was in the email so rhe manager looked it up and allowed me to see the movie 🎥 had gave me a note so I could get a pair of 3D glasses 🕶️. They are paperless now. All ticket information ℹ️ should be on your phone 📱.
I bought tickets recently thru Regal and never got a confirmation, not tickets. Called several times with no human response. We went anyway, and I explained, and showed them my credit card proof on my phone. They accepted it.
